5 Hours in Vientane Laos

I went to Laos to get my Thailand visa renewed. I had 5 hours to kill walking around town, these were the results. In the middle of this video I was looking for a place to get a cold beer. A big mean looking Laos street dog chased after me about to bite me. I run down into a side street and there is a little party going on and the people gave me free beer and food.
