FULL BODY WORKOUT | Strong & Sculpted
Hello, fit babes!
In this video, we will be doing a beginner-friendly full body workout. This is great for if you're unsure of what to do at the gym and just need a quick & efficient workout.
Remember to use weights that are challenging for you but that you can also work with while keeping proper form.
Don't forget that I have also included a diagram with pictures of the exercises and the entire workout written out for you at the very end of the video. Make sure to take a screenshot of it so that you don't have to watch my video and listen to me talking throughout your workout. (;
WORKOUT:
1) Goblet Squats w/ Heels Elevated | 4x15
2) Static Lunges | 4x12/leg
3) a. Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns | 12 reps
b. Underhand Close-Grip Pulldowns | 12 reps
c. Rest for 90 seconds
d. Repeat a-c for a total of 4x.
4) a. Dumbbell Chest Press | 15 reps
b. Incline Dumbbell Squeeze Press | 15 reps
c. Rest for 90 seconds
d. Repeat a-c for a total of 4x.
5) a. EZ Bar Shoulder Press | 12 reps
b. Dumbbell Lateral Raises | 12 reps
c. Rest for 60 seconds
d. Repeat a-c for a total of 4x.
6) a. Tricep Pushdowns | 15 reps
b. Bicep Cable Curls |15 reps
c. Rest for 60 seconds
d. Repeat a-c for a total of 4x.
