Overall, this cleanse was great and really set me up to eat clean afterwards. I found myself craving less junk as the days went on and I feel so much lighter and less bloated. If you were considering a cleanse, I would recommend it, but of course just listen to your body throughout the cleanse. Do not continue if you feel light headed, sick or unable to continue. Be smart with it!
