I Tried a JUICE CLEANSE for One Week... NOT What I Expected!

I've heard A LOT about how magical JUICE CLEANSES can be great for your digestive system and overall health, so I decided to give it a go for one week! I have never done this before, nor do I now what to expect. What do you think will happen??? COMMENT BELOW!

I was pretty sick for about a month in 2019 and have had wack stomach problems ever since! I've changed up my diet to eliminate red meat, most dairy, and eat fairly healthy. (I am definitely skeptical of miracle diets, though, and you should be too lol. Usually if it sounds too good to be true, it is.)

Juice cleanses tend to help you increase vitamin and antioxidant levels and eliminate toxins and nasty build-up in your digestive system. Basically, if your gut is full of crappy stuff (pun intended) all your body can essentially absorb by way of nutrients is crappy stuff because the system is overrun or the stuff is in the way. Juice cleanses can help flush out your system, and will likely require plenty of trips to the restroom.

I didn’t know how my juice cleanse was all going to go, but I started researching options locally around me and finally found one to try. At first, the juices tasted HORRIBLE to me hahaha but after the second day, I actually really liked most of them! I guess these are an acquired taste! I would TOTALLY drink them again!
