2 WAYS TO MAKE BEEF STEW UNDER 500 KSKS ($5)

What's beef? Beef is delicious if you whip it up in different ways.

Here are some ways I make beef.

Ingredient List
Yogurt Beef Stew

1/2kg lean beef
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 onion diced
2 tomatoes diced
1& 1/2 tsp of ginger and garlic paste
1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
4 whole cardamom pods
1 tbsps of tomato paste
1-2 tsps of garlic powder
1 tsp of garam masala
1/2 tsp of cinnamon

Beef & Swiss chard ( Sukuma) Stew

1/2 kg of beef
2 tsps of ginger and garlic paste
1 onion sliced
Cilantro (dania) stems diced
2 tomatoes diced
2 tsps of ground cumin
2 tsps of garlic powder
1 heap of tomato paste
3 small bunches of Swiss chard & 1 small batch of spinach ( if you are in Kenya buy the cut up one for 20 kshs)
Salt to taste
