MAKING JUICY RESTAURANT PORK RIBS AT HOME | A NOTCH HIGHER

NEW SERIES:

The aim of this series is to recreate restaurant meals however we throw it down and take it a notch higher. If you've ever wondered how to make your favourite restaurant meals this series is for you!

Cook Time 2 hrs Prep Time 35 mins

Ingredients

1/2 kg of Pork Ribs (6- 8 spare ribs)

Rub
1 tbsp of coriander seeds/ you can use ground coriander
1&1/2 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of black pepper

Sauce
1 onion thinly sliced
3 cloves of garlic mince
1 vegetable stock cube diluted in 2 cups of water
1/2 cup of ketchup
3/4 tbsp of brown sugar
3 bay leaves
3 - 4 tbsps of worcestershire sauce (optional)
