The BEST Ankle Sprain Exercise | Stabilization | Ankle Clocks | Physical Therapy

Do you find that you are prone to twisting or spraining your ankle? It might be because your ankle lacks stability and cannot support your body weight. These ligaments in your ankle can get loose or torn and cause even more instability and it becomes a vicious cycle. Stabilize your ankle with this simple exercise called ankle clocks. Pay close attention to the directions that are more difficult for you and practice them. Hopefully, with time, you'll notice you twist your ankle less and less and feel strong and stable!
