Deceleration Teaching for Female Athletes

Getting female athletes in correct position when pumping the brakes is critical for ACL injury reduction. Be sure to make sure they are hinging at the hips, and taking the load of the knee, as well as keeping the ankle dorsiflexed (feet flat) so knee is more stable.
