1 WEEK OF MEALS PREPPED | 7 DUMP BAG MEALS | KERRY WHELPDALE
In today's video I am sharing how I meal prep for 7 days worth of dinners in 2 hours. I absolutely love meal prepping as even though at the time it feels like it takes forever, it is so worth it during the week as it saves you so much time and money. Every evening I take out a meal from the freezer and in the morning I pop it into the slow cooker and by the evening, its all ready to eat :)

MEALS AND INGREDIENTS:
STICKY TOFU & CAULIFLOWER - either slow cook (7hours), pan fry (on low for 20 minutes) or oven bake (190C for 40minutes):
1/2 veg stock cube
1 nub ginger
3 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 onion
2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon tomato puree
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Salt & Pepper
200ml water
VEGAN CHILLI:
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
1 celery sticks
2 carrots
1 peppers
600ml veg stock
1 tin mixed beans
1 tin black eye beans
1/2 cup red lentils
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon mild curry powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons marmite!!!!!
1 tablespoon tomato puree
Salt & Pepper
PESTO PASTA:
1 veg stock
Loads of basil
1/2 handful cashew nuts
1 Avocado
2 garlic cloves
Handful of kale
1 juice of a lemon
100ml good extra virgin olive oil
5 tablespoons water from the pasta
COCONUT CURRIES (sweet potato & runner beans) (veggie ramen):
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 nub ginger
Carrots
Runner beans
3 Sweet potatoes
1 tin Coconut milk
1/2 jar Thai red curry paste
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 juice of a lime
400ml water in the sweet potato curry
1000ml water in the ramen curry as well as rice noodles
JACKFRUIT FAJITAS:
2 tin jackfruit
2 peppers
1 onion
1 sachet fajita mix
VEGGIE QUESADILLAS:
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 veg stock
1 chilli (or 1/2 teaspoon lazy chilli
1 tin sweetcorn
2 tins mixed beans
2 peppers
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 juice of a lime
1 handful of kale
