Today I am sharing 5 easy and delicious fakeaways. These are perfect for saving money, making takeaways healthy and fun food for staycations.

MEALS & INGREDIENTS:
PAD THAI:
400g Noodles, 2 peppers, spring onion, 1 lime, 1 egg, 300g prawns, peanuts, 50g sesame seed oil, 1tsp fish sauce, 2tbsp tamarind paste, 2 garlic cloves, nub ginger, 200ml sweet chilli sauce.

PIZZA:
40g flour, 30g yoghurt, grind salt, tomato paste, rose harissa, mozzarella, salami, rocket.

FISH & CHIPS:
cod fillets, egg, breadcrumbs, potatoes, peas, mint, lemon, butter.

AUBERGINE LASAGNA:
2 aubergines, 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 red wine stock cube, 1 tin plum tomatoes, 1tbsp beef gravy granules, 500g beef mince, 1 tin lentils, salt & pepper.

LAMB CURRY:
500g diced lamb, 1 tin tomatoes, 1 tin coconut milk, 75g curry paste, 1tbsp garam masala, 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 nub ginger, 300ml lamb stock, salt & pepper, rice, naan breads.
