Easy 4 ingredient bread

3 cups (450g) bread flour
2 tsp instant yeast
1 1/2 tsp cooking salt / kosher salt
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) very warm tap water (up to 55°C/130°F)

1-2 tablespoons of flour to shape the dough and dust it

1. Preheat oven to 450.

2. Combine water with yeast. Let rest 1 minute. Then add your bread flour and salt. Use a wooden spoon to combine. Cover and let rest in a warm area (I let it sit by a window for 1-2 hours)

2. After 2 hours, roll out the dough on the wooden cutting board with bread flour. It should be sticky. Gently fold the bread inwards 6-8x. Don’t worry if it’s not perfectly round.

3. Line parchment paper with avocado oil, transfer the dough to an oven safe dish. Score the top of the bread. Bake covered 30 minutes.

4. After 30 minutes, uncover and bake another 12 minutes. Enjoy!
