Different exercises on armwrestling table with Krasi Pulley

Still just figuring out what exercises I feel can benefit me when armwrestling. Building up work capasity and tendons for harder training in the longterm. Not trying to get to carried away.

Show in video, one set of each of the following exercises: (Speed up 3x)
- Backpressure with strap in the middle of hand, mid position on the pulley.
- Sidepressure from the front with towel, supination and choping (ulnar deviation).
- Dynamic backpressure with pronation from bottom position on the pulley.
- Pronation isolated in the same position
- Wrist wrench cupping (wrist flexion) from top position
