During the college football game between USC and Notre Dame, USC exhibited absolutely awful clock management at the end of the first half. Trailing 17-3, they needed points to cut into the Notre Dame lead. They were inside the Notre Dame 40 yard line with 30 seconds remaining in the half and ran the ball. The clock kept running and they ran another play to pick up the first down with just three seconds left. Instead of hurrying up, they lined up slowly and didn't spike the ball soon enough, and the clock ran out. Notre Dame leads USC 17-3 at halftime.
