how is this a taunting penalty...

During the game between Oklahoma State and Iowa State, arguably the worst call of the season was made when a long Iowa State touchdown was wiped off the board for a celebration penalty. The receiver hardly did anything as all he did was look back and do a quick celebration as he ran into the end zone. It was hardly anything compared to to other celebrations, but he was given a 15 yard penalty and the TD was taken away. Even the announcers were stunned at the horrible call. Iowa State and Oklahoma State are tied at 14-14 in the third quarter.
