Do you look at social media and find yourself wishing you had what someone else has or wish you looked the way someone else looks?

If so this is for you.

I did this video because I am a victim of this. I can sit for hours on social media admiring others and trying to figure out ways I can be the same or close. I made this video not because doing that is completely wrong but we are not always doing it in a healthy way. Loving yourself is a big part in you being happy with who you are and able to give credit without harming yourself mentally.

Everything I say will not apply to all people but the need for self love I believe applies to every person.

I just want to see people able to live life they way they want and not they way the world says they should. Enjoy!
