Fruit Leather: Take a jar of applesauce and spread it evenly on a lined baking sheet. Spread thinly, but completely. Put in the oven at 170° for 6-8 hours. I really hate to give a time, because it all depends on how thin you spread it. Take it out when it is still gummy, but not sticky. (Fruit leather gets more brittle as it cools.) When cool, cut into strips still attached to the parchment paper and roll up! Keep these in you snack cupboard for a healthy alternative!

Sweet Sriracha:
Mix the following together:
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. sriracha sauce
Drizzle over avocado toast or eggs.
