WE MADE CHOCOLATE (The best Antigua chocolate workshop and tasting)

We made chocolate at the BEST Antigua chocolate workshop and tasting!

Seriously, this was a delicious and informative experience that you have to try if you come to Antigua, Guatemala. First, we learned all about the history of chocolate. Then we ground cacao beans ourselves and discovered the growing and roasting process. After having worked up an appetite, we tasted several different types of chocolate, brewed chocolate drinks (then drank them) AND made our own chocolates to take home!
