Exploring El Chiflon waterfall was an amazing experience that left us wondering: Is this the best waterfall in Mexico?

Cascadas El Chiflon is a stunning, five-tiered waterfall in the Chiapas state with the bluest water we’ve ever seen. Featuring a zipline, swimming area and beautiful spots to have a barbeque or picnic, it’s an amazing day trip from either San Cristobal or Comitan. But the best part of El Chiflon is without a doubt is the 120 metre high waterfall that drops over a sheer cliff, drenching anyone whose brave enough to get close to it!
