SAS Viya Topologies - Topologies 3
In this SAS video, Michael Goddard provides part 4 in a series on SAS Viya deployment topologies for the latest versions of SAS Viya. The latest version has been developed to be cloud-native and easily deployed on the major cloud providers. SAS Viya now runs on Kubernetes. This video will look at simplified topologies and approaches to lowering the infrastructure requirements. Two deployment patterns are presented as an alternative to using the default five-node pool structure.
Michael Goddard has been at SAS for over 10 years and focuses on enterprise architecture; SAS deployment architectures; and, most recently, SAS Viya deployments and real-time integration.
