Maintenance Performance Contracts - Michel Mathez

A water supply system is constantly changing, whether due to its growth, improvement or possible failures. This last issue that we would like to avoid with the constant maintenance of the system.
When a system is well managed, with real-time information, it is easier to identify a problem and solve it, but when we are in our daily activities, where there is a large amount of equipment that must be managed, the contract maintenance performance comes to assist the efficient management of assets and ensure the perfect functioning of the equipment and consequently the good service to the general public.
We will deal with the case where a performance maintenance contract was and is being carried out (Engineering Services for Monitoring and Maintenance of Pressure Reducing Valves). We will address the concept of preventive maintenance, its advantages and how technology and efficient monitoring and planning can help save resources and money.
