The last 10 weeks were tough but I finally made it through. This is my review of Caroline Girvan's 10 week Epic Heat program! I'll take you through my honest experience, what I ate, my thoughts, struggles, and more. I had such an amazing time! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is up for a challenge because these workouts definitely weren't easy! and yes my title is in all caps because I'm just that excited.
