How to make the PERFECT PISCO SOUR + a bonus recipe!

Classic Pisco Sour:
60ml (2oz) pisco
25ml (¾ oz) lime juice
15ml (½ oz) sugar
15ml (½ oz) egg white
1 dash orange bitters
Glass: coupe or small rocks glass
Garnish: Angostura bitters
Grosella Sour:
45ml (1 ½ oz) pisco
20ml (⅔ oz) redcurrant liqueur
15ml (½ oz) grenadine
15ml (½ oz) manzanilla sherry
20ml (⅔ oz) lemon
Egg white
Glass: coupe
Garnish: cranberry bitters and pink peppercorn
