30 Minute Total Body Circuit with Weights I BodyFit Strong Day #3
This is is your 30 Minute BodyFit by Amy Total Body Circuit with Weights Workout! This is day #3 of your BodyFit Strong program. Today we are gonna hit it hard using either a set of dumbbells, or a kettlebell, or both. If you have both we can alternate between circuits and we'll get strength, cardio, and mobility in. All you need for this workout are your weights and a mat. Are you ready? Let's do it!
