【焼き鳥Yakitori】Ready 3000 chicken skin every single day.

The Yakitori shop produces 3000 chicken skin a day and before they sent them off a table, chicken skin is roasted 6 times.
Basically, they have a variety of Yakitori menu, but we highly recommend everyone the chicken skin.
The shop is really crowded so might be better to make a reservation before get in.

福岡市中央区にある、焼き鳥屋さん、「かわ屋」。毎日3000本ものとり皮がこちらで仕込みされる。1本に何重にも包まれたとり皮は食卓へ運ばれるまで6回も火を通し、じっくり調理される。あなたの口に到着するまで洗練された焼き加減でそのカリカリした触感をお楽しみください。
満席注意、前もって予約を入れるのをお勧め致します。
