Paraplegic Working Out in a Wheelchair: How to do Dips in a Wheelchair

From the Australian Archives, my friend Robbie on the camera, doing dips.

Dips are my favorite chest workout, if you're able to do them at your gym this is how I get up on the bar.

What I didn't mention is that the height of the bars is determined by a few more things than just your nose. The bar should be low enough that you can get your forearms on both bars and the bars should be high enough that when you dip down, you don't hit the ground every time.
