Hate Stretching? Do This Instead for Faster Progress and Mobility

Stretching is one of the least popular exercises that people wish they didn't have to do. If you enjoy doing it that's great please continue to do so. But if you wish you didn't have to do it anymore, I have good news, you probably don't.

Chances are, you don't like doing it because it's not working very well so it's time to find something more effective. Active mobility drills may be just what you need as they use more muscle tension and work your joints through a progressive range of motion. Doing this, not only improves your joint mobility but also the strength in the antagonist muscles to keep your body functionally balanced.
