As we get older, our ability to have good balance starts to decline. When you start to lose your balance, your mobility and freedom start to decline as well. Falling down and breaking your hip or shoulder can be truly serious injuries for seniors. By improving your balance, you can avoid these injuries and live a longer and healthier life. You can improve your balance as you age by practicing fall prevention exercises with a variety of at-home exercises.

Improving your balance and coordination requires both muscle training and brain training. In this video, we will show you 5 exercises to get better balance. Except for the last exercise, these are all balance exercises that you can perform at home.
