No grids, no deflectors... 100% direct live fire cooked tomahawk steak & potatoes using beef fat

I've seen the beef fat injection method on a brisket, but couldn't help but wonder if injecting a tomahawk with beef fat from brisket tallow might help make the ultimate tomahawk ribeye steak?

While we're at it, lets make some potatoes with some of the left over beef fat... all cooked 100% direct with no cooking grids or heat deflectors. I used a meat hook to reverse sear our tomahawk ribeye low and slow which we finished caveman style directly in the hot coals. The potatoes we cooked directly on the hot coals using a foil boat infused with beef fat, salt, pepper and garlic.

This is no ordinary beef fat either, I made this from Brisket Tallow and infused it with garlic, rosemary and thyme to amp up the flavour profile for our beef fat injection experiment.
