BEST SHANGHAI (Egg Rolls) RECIPE|| Filipino Style

INGREDIENTS:

500g ground pork
30 pcs lumpia wrappers (medium size)
2 packs Magic sarap or pork ginisa mix
100g sweet pickle relish
2 pcs. minced carrots
1 minced onion (medium)
7 cloves garlic (minced)
60g finely chopped raisins (this will add flavor)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
2 medium eggs
2 stalks celery or kinchay (chopped finely)
cooking oil
water (for sealing)
Yield: 25-30 pieces

* You may store uncooked egg rolls in the freezer. Freeze them in single layer (shelf life is 1 month)
