Using Oil Sticks for a Large Format Painting
Oil sticks are the perfect tool for getting a large format painting started. They're as easy to draw with as a pencil, so getting the drawing laid in is a piece of cake. They're good for blocking in, too. Watch the video to see how I use them. [The final image of the canvas is NOT a finished painting; it's just the block-in.]
