Introduction to Green Infrastructure
Attendees will learn what green infrastructure is, how it works, and why it’s good for water quality. Facilitators include Don Carpenter, Ph.D., PE, LEED AP, Vice President of Drummond Carpenter, LLC., and Professor of Practice at Lawrence Technological University; Claire Schwartz, a professional engineer at Fishbeck, Inc. with 33 years of experience in stormwater management; and Erik Petrovskis, Meijer’s director of environmental compliance and sustainability.
