Dubai has the tallest skyline in the world, and its Burj Khalifa is the tallest manmade structure ever made, period. But how is it as a city? It turns out, it's a lot more like a big suburb than a tightly-packed city, and its layout looks more like a closet organizer than a place designed for people to live in! Here, I take a look at a city that's had to basically wing it as it's expanded rapidly in the past 20 years, and look at a couple of different ways that it's trying to deal with its sudden popularity.
