Shifting the World from Grey to Green | Steve Whitman | TEDxTrestleViewPark
As our communities become dominated by the grey landscapes of the built environment Steve Whitman helps us visualize a world that is shifting to green. Through the power of green infrastructure and the development review process already in place in most communities we can shift from outdated approaches with limited benefits to natural solutions with many benefits. The result will be a network of protected natural areas complimented by green design solutions such as green roofs, bioswales, and food forests that deliver a wide range of ecosystem services.
