Real Estate investors bought 65% of the houses in the Wynwood/Buena Vista neighborhood of Miami in 2022.
They caused home prices to spike as a result.

But now - these investors are starting to sell. Still at home values which are way too high for locals in Miami, Florida to afford. But don't be surprised if the prices fall quite a bit in coming years given the huge levels of overvaluation in Miami's Housing Market to go along with the spike in inventory.
