Spring Break Road Trip (Part 13). Colossal Cave Mountain Park Guided Cave Tour. April 5th, 2023.

It was time to escape from Utah's snowiest winter on record and try to find some sunshine and dryer dirt! We decided on a road trip heading South to Southern Arizona and then back again. We took a loop route down through Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, and then back to Utah. We saw many incredible places and hiked some amazing trails. We also visited 3 of our bucket list destinations. Heck Yeah!

In this video we take a guided cave tour of Colossal Cave. This cave has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places. This cave was warmer and drier than most cave that we have been in before. However, this cave still had many of the formations you would see with stalactites, stalagmites, cave bacon, and other familiar formations and features of a typical cave. The tour lasted about an hour was fun to explore. Enjoy!
