Crispy Red Lentil Chips Recipe
Healthy, colorful, crunchy, and packed with protein… these homemade red lentil chips are the ultimate guilt-free snack! 😍🔥
Made with red lentils, oli ve oil, beetroot, carrot purée, and aromatic spices for a deliciously crispy bite 🌿 ❤️🥕

📌 Ingredients:
🧡 200 g red lentils
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🌿 1 tbsp dried herbs (such as mint)
🌶️ 1 tsp curry powder
🧂 1 tsp salt
✨ 1 tsp paprika powder
❤️ 100 g beetroot purée
🥕 100 g carrot purée
🌾 Toasted sesame seeds

👩‍🍳 How to Make It:
✔️ Wash the red lentils and soak them for 2–3 hours 💧
✔️ Blend the lentils with olive oil, herbs, salt, and paprika until smooth
✔️ Divide the mixture into two parts
✔️ Mix one half with beetroot purée and the other half with carrot purée ❤️🥕
✔️ Transfer the mixtures into a piping bag or freezer bag and cut a small corner ✂️
✔️ Pipe thin spiral strips onto parchment paper
✔️ Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top 🌾✨
✔️ Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes until crispy 🔥
