• 80 g (2.8 oz) rolled oats
• 60 g (2 oz) toasted pecans
• Cinnamon to taste
• Nutmeg to taste
• Pinch of salt
• 45 ml melted butter or coconut oil
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 egg
