ZOMBIE Front Squat 370lbs for 3! 🧟♀️ (GROWN MAN SH*T) 😤
Big triple on the zombie front squat! 370lbs for 3 reps. This is a throwback to when I was training for the 405 zombie squat, and is the biggest triple I have done on the movement to date. The crazy part is that I only weighed about 160lbs when I did this set!
