Old Rusty Bushcraft Axe Restoration

Hello folks! Today I want to show you my new restoration project. That axe I was found at flea market (few week ago).
Restoration process: I used electrolysis to removed main layers of rust, then washing it. I don't used a polishing stuff, because I like this dark color on axe. I used iron brush and files to removed patina and corrected the shape of axe. Sharpened the axe on a beltgrinder machine. For final step I used stones and leather to finish sharpening the axe. The axe handle I made from ash tree. I painted it via two components paint and for impregnation I used linseed oil. As usual made test for you. I hope you Will enjoy this restoration video.
