Old Rusty Butcher Knife Restoration

Hello folks! Today I want to show you m new restoration project. O found this rare butcher knife at flea market and bought for USD $3. The shape of cleaver very interesting and rare because I never seen before.
Restoration process: First I used electrolysis to removed main layers of rust from butcher knife. Then washing in water with cleaning agent. After I used angle grinder to removed patina and some little rust from blade and handle too. Then I started sandpapers work and polishing. The knife handle I made from soft plastic, good staff for handle and used aluminum and brass rivets. As usually I made test for you. I hope you will enjoy this restoration video.
