The Legendary Sea Harrier was probably the most significant fast-jet operated by the United Kingdom.

Here is a short little video of a Sea Harrier F/A 2, from 801 Naval Air Squadron (NAS), making an approach, hover & Vertical landing on the 'Dummy Deck' at RNAS Yeovilton, in June 2005.

Turn up the volume to hear the mighty roar of the Rolls Royce Pegasus engine, a sound much missed in the skies over the UK.
