Pulseless electrical activity (PEA) is a condition of the heart that typically presents during a code scenario where CPR has been conducted during cardiac arrest. Typically it is characterized with non responsiveness, lack of palpable pulses, yet there is an organized PQRST cardiac rhythm on the ECG or EKG monitor, hence the the name PEA, pulseless cardiac electrical activity,
