"MACK THE KNIFE" LOUIS ARMSTRONG (BEST HD QUALITY)

Louis Armstrong’s five decade career spanned from the 1920s to the 1960s. Also called Satchmo, Satch, and Pops, Armstrong was a trumpeter, composer, vocalist, and actor and was a huge influential figure in jazz. Also skilled at scat singing, Armstrong was known for his unique and instantly recognizable deep, gravelly voice. Some of his hits include: "Stardust", "What a Wonderful World", "When The Saints Go Marching In", "Dream a Little Dream of Me", "Ain't Misbehavin'", "You Rascal You", "Stompin' at the Savoy". "We Have All the Time in the World" and “Hello Dolly”.
"Mack the Knife" or "The Ballad of Mack the Knife was composed by Kurt Weill and Bertolt Brecht for their 1928 music drama "The Three Penny Opera". The best known English translation is from the Marc Blitzstein 1954 version of The Threepenny Opera, which played Off-Broadway for over six years.
