It was made with interviews with a very old Marlene in her Paris flat...the catch? She refused to be on camera. At this point in her life she refused to be photographed and was a recluse in her Paris flat. She gets very testy with the director and keeps calling everything she hates kitsch! It is hilarious. it is unfortunate how Marlene's daughter Maria Riva wrote that book a la Mommy Dearest about her mom. She really tried to destroy the myth and legend about Dietrich.
