TIME VS MONEY | Learning Time Management By Valuing Time Over Money As An Entrepreneur | Aram Joseph

In this video, I shed light on the two ideas of TIME VS MONEY and how they can work for or against you.

For those of you who are new to my channel; my name is Aram Joseph and I am an aspiring entrepreneur. Emphasis on "aspiring" is not only intentional but necessary because it highlights the fact that I am moving towards my goals and ambitions, all while calling myself out on things I can improve on internally and externally.

Starting my business from scratch and having no funding of any kind forced me to hunker down and do everything myself. The beauty of having my back against the wall was the fact that I knew my success as well as my failure were completely in my own hands. As such, I persevered each day to be able to exist (profit wise), all while offering a valuable service that would keep on bringing customers in.

Fast forward a year, I found myself being spread thin due to the amount of attention the business needed. Both it and I were dependent on one another. I did not fully understand it then but my frustrations were a result two ideas; TIME VS MONEY.

TIME VS MONEY, never thought of these two ideas as competing with one another. Sure enough, like any individual aspiring to be better each day, I was forced to address all of my strengths and weaknesses in pursuit of its answer. Accordingly, I found that if I were to trade my time for money, the successes I were to achieve moving forward would gradually shrink. On the other hand, it was only when I was able to be vulnerable enough to recognize my shortcomings, all while humbly recognizing my strengths that I was able to slowly inch my way towards the future I desire.

As is with any struggle, our first reaction as human beings is to defend our actions and way of doing things. However, the problem occurs when one wants to be better, yet does not change their own actions. This topic of TIME VS MONEYy is very relevant to me right now because it is forcing me to ask the person who was been controlling everything in order to survive, to take a few steps back and delegate, all while only focusing on his strengths in order to thrive!
