In this video, I Check 25 Windows PC Desktop Computers that were a Drop Off Donation for E Waste Recycling!

For those of you that are new to my channel or unfamiliar with my video's, I own and operate an ewaste recycling center in the United States. Accordingly, I recycle all sorts of electronics ranging from windows pc desktop computers all the way to vintage CRT Televisions.

One of the duties of running an ewaste recycling center is to make the margin call of deciding what items to refurbish and what items to scrap and recycle. Here, I picked up 25 Windows PC Desktop Computers from one of my clients who requested for the donation of their computers to be recycled at my ewaste center. As such, like any computer drop off that is recevied at my ewaste recycling center, my employees and I go through them first with a preliminary check to see what components they are comprised of.

In this video, I go through 25 of said Windows PC Desktop Computers with my preliminary check in order to show what my process is like. As you can see, out of the 25 computers meant for ewaste recycling, only 5 were found to be made up of older components, ultimately causing them to be categorized as scrap. For the remaining Windows PC Desktop Computers, I will make a part 2 video where I will connect each computer to a monitor and power source to see exactly what parts and specs they have. From there, I will make a further margin call where I will either take them apart and sell their parts individually, or keep them in one piece and sell them as whole functioning units.

I am in the hopes that this video shed some light on the world of ewaste recycling as well as how important it is to keep these computers as well as many other devices out of landfills! Ewaste such as televisions and computers are not trash, they contain valuable materials that were harvested form this earth to manufacture said products, and as such, should be recycled!
