Como é a Avaliação do Artigo Enviado à Revista Científica?

💡 Vários alunos me perguntam se o aceite da submissão do #artigocientífico é o mesmo que aceite para publicação.
🔍Por isso, vamos esclarecer o PROCESSO!

1. FASE INICIAL OU DA TRIAGEM (1, 2 e 3 do SLIDE 2): o editor verifica se o artigo está dentro do escopo (temática) da revista e segue as normas básicas de formatação, envio de carta de apresentação, ANONIMIZAÇÃO (confira os posts/ vídeos anteriores!) etc. Se algo estiver fora das regras, o artigo é rejeitado, sem nem chegar à revisão pelos avaliadores ou pareceristas! 😬 A obtenção do 1º parecer pode demorar semanas ou meses dependendo da periodicidade da revista (mensal, bi, tri, quadri, semestral ou anual).

2. FASE DE AVALIAÇÃO (4 e 5): Depois da triagem, o artigo vai para especialistas da área (mestres ou doutores), que analisam o conteúdo técnico e científico. É neste fase que seu manuscrito pode ser aprovado, rejeitado ou devolvido para correções (aprovado com ressalvas)!
Este é o verdadeiro teste de qualidade científica! O prazo de resposta também pode levar mais alguns meses. Por isso, verifique TODAS as exigências!

3. FASE DE PUBLICAÇÃO (6 e 7): A alegria de ver seu trabalho publicado e, com isso, a vontade de escrever zilhões de artigos e passar por tudo isso de novo!!! 🚀

💡 Several students have asked me if the acceptance of the submission of a #scientificarticle is the same as acceptance for publication.
🔍 That’s why we’re going to clarify the PROCESS!

1. INITIAL OR SCREENING PHASE (1, 2 and 3 of slide 2):
The editor checks whether the article fits the journal’s scope (theme) and follows the basic formatting rules, submission of cover letter, ANONYMIZATION (check previous posts/videos!) etc. If something is out of the rules, the article may be immediately rejected, without even reaching the reviewers! 😬
Obtaining the first review may take weeks or few months.

2. EVALUATION PHASE (4 and 5):
After screening, the article goes to field specialists, who analyze the technical and scientific content. At this stage, your manuscript may be approved, rejected, or returned for corrections!
This is the true test of scientific quality! The response time can also take several months. That’s why you must check ALL requirements!

3. PUBLICATION PHASE (6 and 7):
The joy of seeing your work published and, along with it, the desire to write countless articles and go through it all again!!!
