NASA Astronauts Return to Earth After Medical Issue on ISS

A crew of four astronauts landed back on Earth after departing the International Space Station in NASA's first-ever medical evacuation over an undisclosed ailment involving one of the crew members.

The astronauts undocked from the station in a SpaceX Dragon capsule and splashed down off the coast of California, cutting the crew's expected stay on the ISS short.

NASA will share updates on the crew member's health as soon as it is appropriate to do so, with the agency's administrator saying the crew member of concern is doing fine.
