Air Mobility Command Museum - May 15, 2024

On a damp, dreary, and chilly May day in Delaware, I took a quick run-though of the Air Mobility Command Museum, located on the southern end of @DoverAirForceBase, on a day trip down to the base. This was my first visit since before the COVID-19 pandemic, and they've added a couple aircraft that I hadn't seen since my last visit, notably the C-46 Commando and the KC-10 Extender. Take a look at this "tour", if you will, of the museum. This is only about 75% of what's at the AMC Museum.

The Air Mobility Command Museum is open from 9 am - 4 pm every Wednesday through Sunday, and closed Mondays and Tuesdays. They are also closed on certain holidays. Admission is FREE. Visit their website at https://www.amcmuseum.org .
