How should payslip look like in Denmark? | Taxes in Denmark | Episode 5

Payslips in Denmark might look very different to what you are used to but it is essential to understand it. If you do not know what to look for at your payslip, you risk paying too much or too little taxes to the Danish SKAT.
There are also things such as feriepenge - holiday allowance, that your employer needs to pay, together with the correct tax amount.
It's important to check out how much do you pay for your pension scheme. Your paycheque contains all of this information, here in Denmark. But keep in mind, it is not mandateory to pay for pension scheme, especially in student jobs.
